Quality & safety
Standards that protect every patient
Documented protocols, trained teams and transparent records.
Our commitments
Five pillars of safe practice
Traditional practice and patient safety are not in tension. Each pillar below is written into how our clinical and therapy teams work every day.
01
Clinical Protocols
Every treatment follows a documented pathway: assessment, plan, informed consent, delivery, review. Therapies are prescribed by qualified physicians and delivered by trained therapists under supervision.
02
Hygiene Standards
Scheduled cleaning and disinfection of therapy rooms, single-use disposables where applicable, laundered linen per patient, and documented oil and medicine handling procedures.
03
Patient Privacy
Private consultation, gender-appropriate therapist allocation, curtained and enclosed therapy spaces, and confidentiality obligations for every member of staff.
04
Medical Records
Digital records with restricted, role-based access. Records are retained securely, shared only with consent, and available to the patient on request.
05
Continuous Improvement
Internal audit, patient feedback review, incident reporting and periodic refresher training for clinical and therapy teams.
