Ayurgramam is not a resort and not a campus of glass towers. It is a Kerala Ayurvedic hospital where medicine is prepared traditionally, therapy is prescribed clinically, and recovery is followed through.

Kerala's monsoon forests and the slopes of the Western Ghats give Ayurveda its raw materials. Our formulations begin with herbs grown, gathered and dried the way they always have been.

Decoctions simmered over a slow fire, oils matured for weeks, proportions drawn from classical texts. Preparation is supervised by qualified physicians and recorded for every batch.

Every journey begins with an unhurried consultation — history, pulse examination, current reports and lifestyle. Nothing is prescribed before your case is understood.

A legacy that began in 1950
Ayurgramam Hospital traces its origins to 1950, when Vaidyashreshtan Sri Panoli Chanthu Vaidyar founded the institution in Kannur District, Kerala. Built on a foundation of authentic Ayurvedic knowledge, it has grown across generations while remaining committed to compassionate patient care and continuous learning.

When my family began this practice in 1950, the promise was simple: listen carefully, treat honestly and stay with the patient for as long as the healing takes. That promise still governs every consultation room at Ayurgramam today.
We have added modern investigation, structured documentation and multidisciplinary teams — but never at the cost of the unhurried, personal attention that Kerala Ayurveda has always stood for.
